Default M54 G744 part identification help

I have seat inserts for the M54.
wondering if I can get an exact match to what they are (intake / exhaust) seat inserts

package reads

1 EA
INSERT
G744 - 7376308
INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CO
JAN 53

I will dig and see if I have any other boxes with different #

Those are the exhaust valve seat inserts for the continental R6602 gasoline engines as used on the early M-series 5 tons. The manual lists them as being .020 oversize. The NSN would be 2805-00-737-6308.
The continental part number would be R600A331N020.
