Default Pic ID, please

Somewhere out there, someone has a better scan of the whole pic as shown in the header here:

...and knows who this guy is. I've misplaced the book I took this from, and haven't got the scan I originally made. I know someone (Mike Dorosh?) has identified him in past.

If you have a good scan (preferably hi-res), along with any further info, please forward to me via email. It will NOT be used for commercial purposes, nor published on any of my websites in any other format than the one seen above, without your permission.

Hi Rob,

Thanks a lot for posting this link. I've been spending this morning browsing all the images there. Quite amazing, and great, to have so much Candian history in general preserved in images.
