Default Brass brake block

HELP!! I need the brass brake block that fastens to the back of the master cylinder for a chevy 1500wt. It is held to the M/C by the brake light switch and is the fluid supply for the 2 brake lines.

Mac Auto..... it's a Ford part..... $7.50.... part # 91A-2076

I just bought 2 last fall.
Fit my 44 Chev perfectly.
