It turns out the man who posted this question on the ktr mailing list made a mistake, he mend: Harley D wla/wlc.
The FLW is not an abbreviation it just doesn't exist. Wim

I think regardless of his terminology, if these are complete bikes in the crate, they shouldn'e be assembled, they should be kept in the crate.
Once assembled, its just another bike on the road. Still in the crate, its a piece of history- and a more valuable one at that! I hope he cna be convinced not to assemble them! Ian.
