Default Carrier speedometer

I've been looking for a speedometer for my carrier, i have found some speedo's but not sure if they are the correct ones. My dashes that i have the speedos are either missing or damaged beyond recognition. If anyone has a picture of one would it be possible to get it posted or sent to me in email.

Thanks

Eric

Hi Eric

Here is a picture of my Speedo. Its for the Mk1 Carrier. The Mk2 one had coloured areas to signify when you were supposed to change gears.

If you are looking for one there is someone on ebay who almost always has one listed. I believe he is out of Holland. I got mine form him last year and it arrived in about 2 weeks. However he has since raised his price by about $50 since then.

That would be Dennis Schneider, a Dutchman living in Belgium. See his website at http://www.ww2surplus.com/, the speedometer for "Universal Brenn Carrier" is now listed at € 75 / $ 100.

The carrier speedometer guy is Bob Phillips.
He will be at the OMVA show Nov. 12 and will have some with him. They are brand new, I think Mk. 2 and are about $50 each. (Don't quote me.)

Default Simundson?

Whatever you do, never, never, quote Peter Simundson. His deadline each day is noon. If he hasn't heard a rumor by then he makes one up!
Cheers,

Barry

OK Churcher...that hurt. I wait until at least one. And only spread what I clear through you first. You old guys should be careful what you imply about us younger better looking members. I've actually got one of my projects finished.
I WAS going to tell Brian G about that wreck of an armoured CMP truck with a complete front end. Now it's sealed up for ever.

Oh and incidently Mr. Churcher putting on a clean T shirt does NOT mean taking off the old one, turning it inside out and putting it back on.

Whatever you're giving him I don't want.

How did you get from carrier speedo's to the bad things
you do to the Pillsbury ads.

Brand New [I have only just opened the box, first time in over 50 years] This Speedometer is possibly from a T16 Universal Carrier and probably from a Canadian Model. It is immaculate, it even smells new.
