Default Transport for an item...looks like it may have all fallen into place.

I have a Stukey sight unit for a Bofors I need to get to Adrian in the UK. It is a little bulky and heavy. If I was smarter, I would have dragged it along to Ontario when I was out that way getting the 25 pdrs, but I lack vision. So now I need to figure a way to get it to Ontario, where guys ship stuff, and then need to find a way to join somebodies shipment to the UK.

If anybody knows of a sea can shipment leaving in the future, please let me know, and if need be I will go the U-ship or trucking shipment route to get it East.

Ideas anyone?

Edited to add: Thanks guys, I think it has all fallen into place.

Rob, just like the Monty Python video where the guy says he can't eat another bite, I don't think your Dodge would have had any extra room for another item when you came out to Ontario. Kinda like the straw that broke the camels back! Lol.

Yeah, I got so carried away bringing things out for others, I forgot about my own needs. But in all honesty, if I had to find the room, I likely could have. All those gun crates were empty, and I think there was a little room in the Jeep I was hauling. I could have tossed that cut up RR to make the room as well.

Rob, ask John Hipwell if he has any containers going East across the Atlantic.

I wish it was that easy. John is going to have a container come this way, but that is not the norm. He normally does not deal with vehicles, and as large as his business is, he does not ship sea containers of product to or from his location.
