My first Blitz
Hello everyone, I'm the proud father of a unhealthy 3 ton baby boy. Ah, the sleepless nights and all that pampering to look forward to. No, I'm not the biological father, I've decided to adopt. Here's a pic as found under a pile of odds and ends.

Well done Ryan. And five directional tyres as well. Have lots of fun. BTW, where is the image of the interior and the instrument panel?

Congratulations, Ryan!
Good to see it's home in one piece.
Just as well you've trained a guard Magpie and not a crow - in some states I believe they eat 'em! Good also to see Salesman Bob is asking a loaded question too.

Thanks Bob, Geoff, Keith and Rod, your all an inspiration to us FNG's. Will take some pics of the interior tomorrow Bob. Odometer reads 46,880 miles, but it probably has been around a time or two. Keith, no numbers yet. The plate above the dash is buggered and the ones from the engine cover are long gone. There's a holden plate though in the engine bay that should scrub up ok.
So far what I've found is that it has a transfer case but no lever inside the cab. A bit strange. This one below will probably follow soon as a spares truck. I've also been offered new directional tyres at $100 each, good buying? |

C15A tow hitch
The tow hitch looks as though it may have come off another vehicle , perhaps a civilian modified .
The spring is a bit longer and the pintle hook is thinner than the usual blitz hook. Nice find though , I would suspect it has not done much work . Regards Jim S.

You guys crack me up, this is truly a wacky place.
Thanks Jim for your observation, I'll take some better pics after work tonight. They should be up late tonight. I'll talk to the guy tonight too about the tyres, see if he can rustle up a few more, or has any contacts. Ryan for Mayor....I can dig it. |

Now i may be wrong, but is that the remnants of an original tray?
The 'head board' and that tool box under the rear look familiar? Also, were the tyres you got/offered like the ones you have on your truck? If so, i dont suppose you could check on some for me too!!! Cheers, Ian.
