Default Need a purchaser in the UK

I am after one of the lots listed here on ebay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WING-NUTS-BSF-3-8-PACK-25/124347245745?hash=item1cf3ac64b1:g jMAAOSw8d1faSWZ

The seller doesn't list postage to Canada, and when I try to contact him ebay says he has too many messages and halts the request. If I try to buy it now, it also blocks me as "seller doesn't post to Canada".

If someone would buy me a pack of 25, I would reimburse all costs including postage to Canada.

Thanks in advance.

I can do that, but I'm not sure the Royal Snail is currently delivering to Canada (due to COVID-19). (I have a load of stuff ready to post to people but we're currently locked down here in Perfidious Johnson's Leper Colony.)

Best,
Chris.

Ah: last update 22nd December: they have new air access to Canada so are processing and despatching all mail types as normal.

Can do it if required.

Chris.

Go ahead, let it out. Not good to repress feelings. And that is a new nickname for Greater Britannia.

Thanks Chris...let me know when to send loot.

I always wonder why sellers feel it is such an extra chore to fill in a customs declaration.

And now it's all gone pear-shaped.

...the supplier has just phoned me to say they've found a "stock discrepancy" and they've run out of them and will have to refund me.

Sorry.

Chris.

a weak attempt at humour, or perhaps you are looking for sympathy? The “wing nuts” would have been good value.

For someone who “don’t get nuthin”, no need for the “next and bigger shed”?

“One of the big problems I am about to face is that the cold side of the quonset is already filled with equipment. I think my easiest move will be to get the Jeep moved out into one of the smaller sheds to make room for this gun. But that will only be a temporary solution. I think I am soon going to have to assemble the next and bigger shed.”

Ross: You are sounding like my wife. You are using my own words against me.

A kind soul has taken pity on me and is going to send me some from Southern Ontario. That is, once your premier lets you guys out of the house.
