Default Johnson Chore Horse Generator

The one I have is numbered
6115-21-106-4
Gen Set
Gas Engine
P45-5008/u
10 Amp
30 V

More info on data plate, but that should be a starter. Speaking of starter, it wont. I think it is the condencer. No rating but any 1 cyl should do to start.

Does any have a service manual for same? emai or call in 10 - 12 days as off to Whitehorse.

Bob,
Have you tried Brian Asbury on this site? He sold me my manual and use to have a list of spares for the Chore Horse. Great guy to deal with, has been more than fare with me on many purchases.
Hope this helps.
Doug

Default Chorehorse parts

Thank Doug for the kind comments. For those working on a 300 watt Chore Horse I have manuals for both the 24 volt version (converted from WW2 units) and the WW2 version. The WW2 manual has better photos of the tools and accessories. PM me with your email address and I can email a list of spare parts, manuals, tool boxes and tools.
Brian

Default chore horse generator

I just found a chore horse generator at a local antique shop. Picked it up for a handful of magic beans.
The battery box came from my next door neighbor an X Lanc/ C-47 pilot.
The C-5 charging panel came from The Military market place in Holland.
