Default M101CDN2 1/4 ton trailer parts

I have some NOS items to fit the M101CDN2 1/4 ton trailer commonly known as the iltis trailer. Just the one part the mechanical hand brake lever is for the M100 1/4 ton trailer from what I found on the web with the part number shown. Some of the items I have multiples.

Wiring harness $50.00

Park brake cable short $45.00

Shock $20.00

Landing Leg $50.00

Landing Leg Pivot $60.00

Safety Chains $45.00 Pair

Park Brake Lever M100 $35.00

All + the ride

Had a couple people ask about the chain ends so here is a better picture. Also found a couple good used trailer plug cables for the M101CDN2 trailer $50.00 ea. Still have some parts left

Also found a plug with cable for I assume a 3/4 or 1 1/2 ton trailer as it is around 6 feet long not pictured $50.00.

Also came across some NOS leaf springs for the M100 and M101CDN2 Iltis trailer. The M100 leaf springs have some surface rust on them from sitting, Also as a side note I sold a pair to a friend that used them on the front of his M38 jeep (Just had to change the bushings as they are different. anyhow they are $80.00 EA for either one.

Also a rear landing leg for the 3/4 ton trailer ?? $30.00

The springs are a bargain for the M38s or WW2 Jeeps. They may also fit the M416 trailer, but definitely not the M101CDN2.

The leg was for rear support on the 3/4 trailers when a generator was mounted in the back and you had to go into it a lot. Stopped it from tipping backwards. If only they had a switch wired to a air raid siren so the drivers did not drive off with the leg down. The legs had a short life expectancy. Some of the M104s had a similar leg fitted too.

.

Just in case my listing is not clear the spring that has some surface rust on it is for the M100 Trailer and the green one is for the iltis M101CDN2 trailers. I have 4 in total for the M100 trailers and more than 4 for the iltis trailer.

Dave

What is the NSN on the tag with the top spring? It doesn't look like Iltis trailer to me.

I don't need to look that number up to know it isn't M38. Way too late. I'll have to have a look at my M101Cdn2 to refresh my memory on those springs.

Rob its the LOWER spring that is off the M100 and will fit the M38 not the top one.

Hi Dave
The final parcel arrived safely although you have made our postman very unhappy. He felt there was no way Canada Post should have allowed a parcel that heavy. We all laughed when he said needed help to unload it so we sent out our fifteen year old co-op student to carry it in by himself. The mailman left mumbling so we may not get mail for a while. Thanks for everything.
Cheers,
Barry

Default wiring harness

Do you still have the intervehicle and wiring harness left for the trailer?

Thanks
Eric
