Free...If you need them
Two backing plates with all brake components including
good shoes and all springs. A previous owner burned the heads off the bolts to remove the assemblies and did minor damage but still many good bits. I was told they are from an 8 cwt but the wheel cylinders show up as 46-47 Chev. Anyway, check out the photos. Pay the shipping and they are yours. Otherwise in the scrap they go. Peter,
I can indeed confirm they are from a C8....or at least the same as used on a C8. I have just refurbished mine; wheel cylinders are of a type used from 1936 to 1950; casting number 1971903 if I read it correctly(?).. partnumber of the cylinder assy 5300869. Alex
