I am sure I can find you a valve cover around
here someplace.

Gordon, here is a repo data plate I got from Peter many years ago. I don't know if it is the correct one you want as I still can't open thumbnails on MLU. If it is correct it's yours.
Cheers,
Barry

Gordon, here are a couple of valve covers. The one not on the engine is a little rusty but pretty solid I think. I may have a better one at the Chicken Ranch and I can look next week. Anyway you can have whichever one you want.
Cheers,
Barry

Default valve cover

Ok the rusty one standing against the plywood looks like the right model

has the stand pipe for clamping the oil filler tube on, so yes this will work for me, let me know if we are trading chickens or eggs Q!

Hey Gordon, you just call at the wrong times. Today when you phoned I was on the internet ( dial up ) so you only get a message. At the garage it is sometimes a bi#* because we get so many calls and just can't get them all. Last week we worked on a ladies car that we told her we would need for the whole day. She phoned NINE times : to see if it was done yet. We won't do work for her again. People keep saying we need 2 lines but then I would have a phone in each hand. We tried an answering machine but when you look and it says 21 messages and it isn't even lunch time you know you will get no work done for a couple of hours.
I guess there is no easy answer and on the flip side where would we be if the phone never rang?
Cheers,
Barry
