Joop Staman of www.jeeparts.nl stocks MRF brand 9.00-16 tyres of the "for British rim" type so reportedly they fit your CMP rims without any problems. Joop is located in the Netherlands but has a stall at all the major shows in the UK so transport should not be a real problem.
