standard mil-spec light , both plastic or metal body , ebay or any military vehicle parts dealer in North America

If you can find the newest version with the diodes, they are quite nice, and SAE/DOT approved to boot. They can accept any voltage form around 8 to 36, and do not burn out easily, which was a problem with the Iltis and the excessive vibration of their mounting position.
