Default Spare wheel carrier

Svenn,

Is it the same as F60s?

I have one in my workshop in very good shape, and I can pull it out and photograph next weeekend if it helps.

Are there any particular areas you would want photos of?

Hello,
I am not a CMP man but I took this photo of a spare tyre carrier at Ken Hugh's property years ago.
Not sure if it is the one you want but it may help someone
Cheers

John

Great photo shows good old Ausie ingenuity, use of whatever is lying around and nothing that can't be fixed with a piece of fencing wire.

Cliff,
I have more detailed photos of this truck and in particular of the wooden tray. I can post them here if there is an interest in it.

John I'd love to see the detailed photos. When I was at Kingaroy I concentrated on Photos of the trucks themselves as I was unaware at the time just what was original or not in the rear beds fitted.

Default Spare wheel carrier

HI Svenn I can send you plans for the carrier that goes behind the cab .The tire sits on top of the tool box . Is that the one you want ? I sent over 60 copies out from Findland to AUS . The clamps to hold the tire could be made by taking an original one and make a mold with using cement , one for each side of the clamp .Then use a press to form a new one .
