Question Census numbers for Humber Armoured Cars?

I am trying to find the groups of census numbers and their contract numbers, for Humber Mk3 and Mk4 Armoured Cars. Specifically need to know which "F" numbers are Mk3 and which are Mk4.

Any help from my learned friends will be appreciated.

Hello Richard,

You could write a letter to the Bovington Tank Museum to ask.

They helped me out on a similar question about Staghound armored cars.

Best regards,

Marco Hogenkamp

Thanks Marco,

I have gone to Bovington for queries on other vehicles in the past, but I know there is someone on this forum who has compiled records of Armoured vehicle census numbers. Just cannot remember who it is, except that he is in England !

Hi Richard;

I think Kevin Tucker is the one your looking for. I can send you his e-mail address if you wish.

Cheers

Mark,

Thanks, that is the chap, I recognise the name, should be able to find his name in my email list now, as we had contacted before.

Kevin,

Great stuff ! Just what I was looking for, thank you very much. I do have a list of contract numbers but only have quantities for each, so should be able to work out which is which, by the numbers you have given me.

Default No problem

Glad I was able to help.
A return favour though?
Any chance of a list of the contract numbers so I can update my database?

Cheers
Kevin
