Default Inside Limber colour???

Started pulling the limber apart this week for its restoration. I've seen a couple of limbers painted white inside? Is silver an option? Thoughts. Rob

Default Dovetailed canvas covered box restro

Found this minty box a couple of weeks ago, the top canvas cover was pretty ratty. Recovered with artist 10 ounce weight canvas and sewed the corners to fit. Not sure of it's application, a double bending hinge. Cheers Rob

Are there no markings along the bottom edges? It seems like these style boxes are almost always marked.

Default Late fall finds...

just to let you know that the stuff is still out there. A 17 pdr. round, but still trying to identify the tracer round that was sold to me as such M62A1...NIce to have the shell. A couple of siege lamps today 1943 marked, and some RCAF items, an 1154 radio, and a service dress WAG tunic. Cheers Rob

Surely it is an M62A1 APC projectile? It's for the 76mm M1 gun and the 3" M7 gun as used in Sherman, Hellcat and M10 respectively. I saw that on Facebook and told him I would have jumped at it had it been this side of the world!

Default 17 Pdr

Hi, picked up a complete mech for a 17 Pdr a few years ago....I thought at the time it was a 25 Pdr...wrong..similar looking but that as far as it goes.
If you haven`t got the block & breech ring then it may not be of any use to you. I do not have any other parts to suit your gun. Cheers Jon.

Default Limber just about done.

Left interior tray racks back in having been cut out, back fenders and mud flaps just about there, rubber/sponge pucks on doors, need 10 of those. Looking good I think. Tony does good work! Cheers Rob

With regards to the rubber pucks/bump stops, if there is a demand for them maybe the guy how made Keith’s gear lever gators, can make them, but it needs an order of at least 100 pieces

Default No doubt!

I am sure every limber owner needs several, but at this point I am not taking that project on.

Default The forgery and the real deal!

My brother Tony spent a lot of time faking our firing lock, and did a great job. Well then the real one showed up. Thanks Jon.
