Default Testing the water; Antenna mount repros

Hi Folks,
I was just given some very detailed drawings of the "A" mast wireless mount for the Mk1 carrier. I am taking the plans to a metal fab shop this week to get a pair made for my Mk1 and Barry Detweiler's Mk1.

I may alos be making the early pattern antenna mount (the one that has the cast half dome, and the matching ceramic insulator)

The shop initially said that the cost in metal is rather low, but making the first one may be dear.

If the repro turns out to be a good copy, who all out there would be interested?
I realize that the cost could change your mind, but I am trying to get a feel for how many Mk1 owners would even want to consider adding the mast mount.

BTW, also getting the front mud sheilds and the rear 2 and 1 gal petrol stowage bin made up. I am not selling these, just would connect anyone with the shop.

Cheers,
Jim
