Chris are these the correct plugs for the HT batteries for my 11 set?

Hi Ron,
No. Those boxes were the 162 volt / 3 volt ones for the WS18, and that cable is the one to connect them to the WS18. If you look in Wireless For The Warrior Volume 1, there is a drawing of the cable arrangement that uses a Niphan connector for the LT, a 2-pin (bakelite) plug for the HT, and the cables from both go into a 'domino' plug for the set. It might be worth asking the Signals Museum if they have the battery box or interconnecting cable (preferably both) that you could get photographs and measurements off. (Not during the current lockdown, of course.) Best regards, Chris. |

Thanks for that Chris. It's just that another forum member has made some of the plugs with resin for his 18 set and offered to make a couple for me. It's only for display and I'll look into it some more following your advice.
Regards and keep safe. Ron |
