Hi-ya Ron!

This was a distinctive document in that the part was to be disposed of, not returned to stores. For example, the removal of the Wireless NO. 11 set base that was factory installed on the MK-I* (Canadian) universal carrier was to be returned to stores.

Not perpetuated.
