Default A brace of Fords

Another of the popular all-terrain forklift conversions, at least the cab was not cut apart for the rear driving position. Last time I saw this one it had had a tree fall across it, but it appears to have survived unscathed.
The yellow one is a new one for me, the tyres are %100 new, still have the rubber casting excess on the centre of the tread. Good motor as well, someone was unable to finish the restoration unfortunatly.
Rich.

Default Bravo!!

Richard I wont pretend......I am insanely jealous. What a find!!! Looks like a coat of paint would get it on the road.

Um.... I dont suppose they know the whereabouts of five more of those tyres would they???

Anyway...its a good thing you've finally seen the light and got yourself a Ford Blitz.

Default Whoa, Whoa guys.

It's NOT mine, too many cylinders to be a real Blitz.
I meant it was new to me as I had not seen it at that place before.
As for the tyres, they were lying around on the ground where I was working last week, well at least this one was:9.00-16 trackgrip.
Rich.

Ok, no worries... jealous mood has now morphed into curiosity.

So, no tyres then Rich?

Too many cylinders to be a real Blitz??? What the?

Not much to be curious about Tony.
The trackgrip was lying next to the Coles Crane Militants I posted pics of on another thread, up in the Hunter Valley. It stayed there as nothing was for sale.
The yellow Ford was newly aquired by someone you have dealt with in SouthWest Vic. There are no plans for its future that I know of.
Sorry, "Too many cylinders" was a typo, I did of course mean "TWO" many cylinders to be a real Blitz.
Just found out that my seat for the trip to the clearing sale up your way tomorrow has been given to someone else. Bugger
Rich.

Default Never mind

Bugger is right Richard - would have good for a catch up.

Perhaps two more cylinders in the vehicle you were coming in may have been the difference - we'll never know I guess.
