Default Central Ontario Carrier

Gents:

There I was at my favourite book store, which I've been to many, many times and I look to my left and what do I see?

No one around, so I took a few photos.

Angry scrap and carrier in the same vicinity

I'll go all bloody Ji'Had on the next person whom mentions scrap and carrier in the same vain, sentence, context....what ever the case maybe.

Hope your rescuing the old girl Al, or atleast passing on the details to someone whom wishes to.

Pedr

potential beauty maybe....

Charlie, push comes to shove, right-click on the grey squares and click Show picture if you have it, or go to Properties and copy & paste the address of the pic into a new window...

Not sure if it is an indicator of having the disease a bit worse than most, but I only count 160 links. By the time you work the rust out of those pins there won't be much to work with.

The originals came up just fine for me... can't explain it to those of you who can't see them. I'll repost them, slightly cropped and resized:

Thanks Geoff, if there is one positive to take away from the pics, at least the sign says Dump scrap 'over there', and not 'here'.

Default battery box

is moved inside, but not mounted in the centre.
Wonder why they would bother with welding or drilling?

Now I am awake of its location it makes me crazy as I must have driven past it a few dozen times...

Anyhow, we'll see how it goes. Perhaps it is gold plated under all the rust or the 89 year old guy that probably owns it is going to fix it up.... The usual stuff but I'll try my horse trading skills and see what transpires.

Just a brief update. Went to see this beast, of course it was buried in 3 ft of snow. Anyhow, have some contact info for the owner (maybe) and so far no luck in contacting but I will endeavor.

This is early production, the hull number is in the low 3000's...
