Default "Young Law" gets promoted

Some of you will know my son, who for some unknown reason goes by the user name of 'Young Law'.
He has advised me that he has now been promoted to Captain!

Pretty well automatic after a certain time in, isn't it?, i.e. OCdt>2Lt>Lt>Capt.

IIRC, from now on, promotions will have to be earned.

Anyway, now he can lord it over those snotty Lts!

Thank you, gents.

Yes, promotion to Captain is automatic after a certain time in rank (relative to the end of Infantry officer trg and time in rank as a Lieutenant), or advanced under exceptional circumstances.

But, more importantly, does the new rank get you enough extra cash to ransome the Iltis "Old Law" is holding?

While congratulations are of course in order..another topic raises its ugly head...
Young Law still has NOT wet down those first two pips at Gracies and like any good Office will tell you..a way can always be found to weasel out of buying drinks for the great unwashed..Lieutenants and below..!!!

So this is great news..More gelt to wet..!!
