Default bsa folding bike

Hi to all I am working on a para folding bike I am looking for information as to how many and the size of the balls in the wheels. I dug up an old thread but Rob only talks about the steering rack and the pedals. I am not sure if this is the place to ask but I think a bike may be classified as a soft skin vehicles.

They post stuff out quite fast too.
