Default Donations

Both the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Royal Flying Doctor Service have web sites through which donations can be made.

Default Thanks David

That's probably the best way to handle it.

Default Bob's farewell

Hi All

I have just returned home from Bob's Funeral. He was well represented by his family, ex work mates and members from Military Restoration Clubs. Eulogies were given by a number of people highlighting points Bob had in their lives and some humorous antidotes in regard to his love of military vehicles.

Bob has now departed this world and moved to another place where we will all meet again and I am willing to bet Bob will be running the show and giving old St Peter a good laugh.

Rest in Peace old friend.

Cheers

Tony

I am absolutely gobsmacked.. I noticed the RIP next to Bobs name and presumed it was one of his twisted jokes.

Never do you think something like this could happen !

Remember to stay safe out there folks

Default Bob

I only had the chance to meet Bob once on a trip to Adelaide.
He was a good bloke and left a lasting impression, I now wish I had spent more with him during my trip.
My sincere condolences to Ada and family.

Luke

Damn! Another good one gone.

I suspect that Bob and Geoff Winnington-Ball are probably having a good yarn right now.

Just saw the RIP and my heart has, for lack of a better word, scrinched....

When I first entered the Military vehilce scene years ago Bob was one of the first people I spoke to who pointed me in the right directions. I always liked the way you think mate, heaven's got another craftsman in the prototype shop........

Default R.I.P Bob

I have been away from MLU for quite awhile and have just come back to find this Tragic News about Bob`s Accident and passing .

Bob was one of the people who helped me out when i first became interested in Blitz`s and Military equipment and always had time to talk and help with information . He has touched a lot of peoples lives and made a lasting impact on mine .
RIP Bob and my condolences to the Family .
