That looks like the Chev steering wheel. If that is what you need, I think the origin of the wheel was the pre-war COE truck. You might find one in a junkyard if you are lucky.

I'm not sure whether to offer my sympathy that you don't have possible parts sources or congratulate you on living in a clean country.
I don't see the Cab Over Engine steering wheels for sale very often but they do sometimes come available. Do any of the Netherlands based military truck parts sellers have parts for the GMC AFKX or AFKWX series trucks as these might be a source as well as Chevrolet commercial pattern COE trucks?
If you have no luck finding the commercial style steering wheel, I don't know what the supply system would have provided late war to replace a failed early steering wheel. Did they keep commercial pattern steering wheels in stock for replacements or only issue the late pattern steering wheel?
