Dear Mr. Spoelstra,

Could you get me in touch with some of the people working to restore the Chevrolet C8A. My father in-law in Czech has found one and would like to restore it to its original state. However, he wants to use genuine parts wherever possible. Who would have parts to sell and how hard are they to find?

Sincerely,
Craig Murphy
Thanks!
Hanno

Well, I happen to have a spare C8A chassis in the garden. It's in reasonable condition, but needs some work on the rearmost crossmember. It's for sale or trade for Chevy CMP parts, cab 11 parts or Wireless set no.19.

A spare chassis comes in very handy during restoration, so you can unbolt parts from your truck and fit it to the spare chassis...and so on, and so on.
