Default For Diamond T 968/969

Require rear lower suspension arms (torque rods), rear upper suspension arms (torque rods) or rod ends, outer door handles to suit closed cab, prefer early curved type and a horn button. Cheers, Chris

Default Diamond parts

I have the torque rod end inserts to rebuild your original arms.

Gidday John, sounds good. Are they for both top and bottom joints? Any chance of a picture?
Cheers, Chris

Default Ends

Hi,
The ends should be the same top to bottom. These have a Diamond T part number as well as the CC number to the 6x6 Dodge. I do not have a photo of it and I don't know how to post it if I did.
Cheers,
John

Default Rod ends a long way apart.

The rod end used on the 6x6 Dodge is a smaller version of that used on the later pattern CCKW where the unit can be pressed out of the link and a replacement can then be pressed in.

My memory of the torque rod ends on the Dia T 4 ton 6x6 is that they are heavier than the CCKW and screw into the rod. (uppers adjustable, lowers not?)Also they are constructed as an eye end with a large bolt passing through them rather than a ball end with integral tapered extension for securing.

I don't know what model Dia T would use the same ball end as Dodge 6x6?

These are the arms/ joints I require. The adjustable ones are the top ones. The end of the adjustable with an eye in it rather than a pin appears to be a replaceable bushing, the others appear to be vulcanized into the arm/rod end.
