Default Combat training for deer

Wonder if this is to condition the deer for hunting season? Little like crawling under the barbed wire with some nut firing a machine gun over your head.

Cheers Phil

Default The Buck Stop

Struggling to justify an election promise to withdraw Canadian fighter jets currently attacking ISIS in Syria and Iraq, the Prime Minister stated one component of his decision was a staffing shortage need with the CF, as reported by the Defense Minister.

The PMO released a series of media images to support the statement of the PM. One image suggested wild deer were encouraged to graze on Armed Forces rifle ranges, where DND employees were formerly available to mow the turf. (photo credit not disclosed)

The Green Party applauded the use of deer to trim the range turf, saying it was an environmentally responsible decision, though not endearing to the issue at hand.

The NDP labour critic pointed out the Liberals failed to abide by their own gender parity guidelines, as no male deer were pictured.

Ms. Ambrose, chef de l'opposition, declined to comment beyond suggesting there appeared to be enough 'doe' to go around, and the 'buck stops' there.
