Telescope sighting no33/41

I came across this in a local antique store today. It's a telescope sighting no33 restamped to no41.

The tag had $95 on it.

From what I've found online the no33 was used on early rams but the no41 was used on 17pdrs.

If someone could use it I'm happy to go and get it for them and mail it.
