Default Mystery Census Number 2

I have an old photo from say November 1941 with various vehicles being refurbished. There is a number "4486175" . I think that this is an Austin Seven number, and may well be not a Census Number after all but a stored number.

M4486175, Contract no. V4143, Austin , Car , 2 seater , 4x2. I think this is an Austin Eight Tourer.
