Default M38A1 Clutch throw out bearing and crank bushing

I am hoping to put the clutch and tranny back into my M38 and don't have the Throw out bearing or crank flywheel bushing (It came with a rebuilt trans and new clutch but not installed)
I was wondering if the parts are specific to the m38a1 or will CJ5 parts work that I may be able to get at the NAPA

Thanks in advance
Mark

Willys jeep parts will be identical. Any CJ3, CJ3B, or CJ5 with the 134 engines (either F head or L head) should be the same.
