Default Smoke Discharger, Complete MKI Carrier

Smoke Discharger, Complete: For Sale or Trade

One of the most difficult and rarest items to complete your Bren Carrier. These rarely come available for sale for all the obvious reasons. It is not an inexpensive item for the same.
Ross Rifle modified for smoke discharger, complete with;

Includes:
Deactivated Ross rifle receiver
4" Tube
Locking nut
Locking bolt
Firing cable
Mounting bracket, MKI Bren Carrier

Notes:
Receiver has been recently modified as per original, bolt has had face machined away. Chamber has been pinned.
Action cycles and "Clicks and Clacks". Safety is functional.
Stock is a cut down Ross, as per the original.
This is not a firearm nor is there any permitry required to purchase or resell. SOLD as a DEWAT only
Mounting bracket will fit the MKI carrier only and is original.
Firing cable outside covering is a little ratty but fully functional.
Canadian disposition ONLY,( Thank you, BATF, RCMP, British Government, Etc.)
Items not for sale individually, unless tempted with a very good trade(s).
The mounting bracket for the firing grip is not included.
There are members here that have the pattern and it is the easiest part to manufacture.

Partial trade and cash considered for the Bren Carrier issue hydraulic jack, prefer to trade actually. (Pics and details of this sought item are for the asking.)
Item is extra to my collection/vehicle kit.

More photos available upon request. Questions answered.
10 day inspection period, no problem but shipping both ways. Its heavy!

NOW reduced...
$1300.00
plus shipping to anywhere in Canada. OFFER's????
Serious query's please fellows

Yes I know its not cheap. US/Can. dollar does not help. Pricing is also based on recent market pricing for similar items and DEWATS. Please bear this in mind. Find another complete OR build one and you will find out just how long and how much it takes to complete. Not to mention the liability's during the build. One stop shopping to finish the weaponry on your carrier.

Thanks for looking.
Harris

Default Cable

Hi, can't help with any trades and I'm in the UK, but do you happen to have the cable and actuating lever for this on its own or does anyone else ?

Off the top of my head it was Springfield Sporters in the States which had the Tubes and Cables but the story went very hard to deal with. Others may be able to confirm one way or the other.

Maybe from me... I bought a batch of 6 from him and all was well. I went backa year later to buy a dozen and he couldn't be bothered to root them out of his warehouse.

I ran by buying all of them. That was in the area of 300 units (tube, hardware, cable, wooden stock, different trigger guard... But at US$50 for a set x 300, I couldn't afford $15,000 to buy them all. Short of "getting rid of them", he didn't seem interested in selling a few.

Maybe someone will have better luck. I live about an hour from his location...

It must be mentioned, of a small trade arrangement Canada AND other country's has with the US.
It is referred to as ITAR.

In summary, NOTHING gun part(s) related leaves the US, without the required export permits, not to mention description of same for Importation and Customs Declarations, Etc.

Again ITAR is the culprit.

Google is your friend.

Enjoy,
Harris

What would you be asking for the bracket? Assuming you could post to the UK, as the bracket is not a weapon part?

Cheers,

Tom
