Chev CMP Water Truck

I have a friend in northern British Columbia with a 1944 Chev Cab 13 watertruck that he has owned for the past 20 years or more. He is considering parting with it. I know that the truck is disassembled and the frame has been blasted and primed a number of years ago. It is missing the manual pumps and filters but otherwise complete with all name plates and original markings (WW2) have been documented. He does not have a computer and has asked me to look around to see if I can determine the value and if there is a market, before he makes a final decision to part with it. I will be getting some photos over the next while to scan and post.
He is also on the look out for an road worthy (not needing body work) M38A1 (Cdn preferred not not hung up on it) and might be interested in trades.
