Email me and we'll sort something out.

Short version: I charge US Dollars as most of my customers are from overseas. That will be changing in 6 weeks.

Dana,
what's the stuff called that is clear and adheres decals to models after they are applied,so they don't slip off after applied.By the way,I still have to order "Bomb decals from you,in the near future. My next project will be a Mark 1 carrier

Default decal solution

hello Garry,

There is a product called "micro set" and "micro sol" wich you can use to put your wet decals on a model and make sure they stay there.

micro set is for applying decals and
micro sol is a coating over the decals.

Hi guys,

In Cornwall at the inlaws (Where I passed about half a dozen Ilti on someones front lawn on Hwy 138 on the way down!) so I don't have anything to copy and paste in reply to this. Here is the short version:

I use an alps printer so the decals are super thin. I've used micro set and sol to position and set the decals, but most of the time use Gunze Sangyo's Mr. Mark Soft (Love their product names. Should release Mr. Fit you G-D SoB! Fit!)

That alone will not protect your decals. In a nutshell, this is how I build my models.

- Base Coat
- Shading
- Coat of Johnson's Future Floor covering. Its basically pure clear acyrlic paint. Sold as Klear in Europe.
-Decal
- Another shot of Future around the decals
-Weather

This should protect your finish and decals.

Cheers!

Dana - Who would be at home working on the Ontario's Regiment's Cat in 1/35 if he wasn't in Cornwall!
