Question Looking for informations about WW2 British GS body types

Bonjour Messieurs
I am looking for information about general service (GS) bodies made during WW2 in England: how many official types (wood and metal models), their specifications and /or dimensions, drawings would be a plus.
Clues about books to buy warmly accepted
I have informations for the Canadian made models thanks to Service publication of the Late Clive Law, but what about the British ones?
Merci d'avance
