Default Help Identify

Does anyone know the purpose of this box on the left upper corner of the ambulance body?
Thanks,
Barry

Was the warning beacon in there? It flipped up for the emergencies, and hid away for tactical.

I can't recall for certain, but I think I remember something about that.

Here is a photo of a Canadian CUCV. It is indeed the warning beacon stowed in that box.

Thanks Rob for clearing that up for me. Thanks also to Ed for saving the image.
Cheers,
