wireless truck
I have just acquired a C15A for parts (and to save it from the going to the metal crusher.) I think it is way past restoration but I would like to know what it started its life as. The engine has been removed and the engine dog box lost ,so no engine number. The ID plate on the dash reads WO12 & 2844400646 S,
the GMH oval plate reads ??524 & 44-10-22??. Both plates very corroded and hard to read. I have little knowledge of the wireless trucks but I assume that is the function it was constructed for. I have not yet found the ARN from the published records,it was disposed from Perth some time in the late 1950's or early 60's. Any info will be helpful before I start ratting bits from the carcass. Robert
