Default Carrier Manual

I understand there is a Carrier Manual of some kind with pictures and descriptions of the various parts. Can someone shed some light or info on this and perhaps a price and place to buy one from??

I'm also trying to get more pictures and information of the placards on the instrument panel, namely the one that says "Manufactured by Ford of Canada - something something". The other is the placard about "Carburater controls and starting".

Can someone out there provide some help here?

Are there any other data plates, placards, stencils usually visible on these vehicles?? I'm trying to detail my model as much as possible so if you can please help..

Thanks

There a couple of plates, but I think they'd be really small if reproduced in 1/6th scale?
This is a Mk2* dash panel. There is also a Ford Canada plate and serial data plate located on the bulkhead behind the Driver's R shoulder.
