Default That Saturday morning feeling again...or another Blitz goes South!

Buried in this cloud of spray is Euan's CGT #9 which we drove up to collect yesterday... he's travelling at about 90km/h which is no trouble for this truck.

First fuel stop in Howlong.

Keith, thanks for posting these pictures. They remind me of the trip home after buying my F15A. Lots of rain with only vacuum operated window wipers, and a friend escorting me in his car noted I was doing 60 mph at one time!

Euan, does your significant other still let you sleep on the couch after seeing this beaut?

Hanno

Default Couch!!

Hi Hanno,
I cant wait to get back inside the house, the dog kennel was a little tight so I have been sleeping in the kids cubby house. Katrina has been realy good about this one as the whole family can fit in. On the way home from NSW with the gun tractor I stoped off at Tongala in central victoria on the Sunday for the unveiling of Australian light horse memorial. The Vic &NSW clubs joined up to put on a street parade then a static display. The turn up for the event was supsising with 28 mv's in all. In the line up apart from a swam of Jeeps was a DUKW, 2 studebakers,LP2A carrier, CGTno9 @ a couple of those Land rover things. The weather was good after the rain the day before. After the parade @ unveiling we joined 600 vets & families for lunch in the town hall before the 3 1/2 hour drive back home. A geat day was had by all.
Euan.

Here's a pic of the event and a page of other photographs taken by Euan.

Hey, Euan, how are the fleas going?
