Default Correct Fan belts

Hi Guys, I am looking to buy some belts for my carrier and in my quick look I find number 518620 on page 17 of FUC. I then am unable to find the listing so I wonder what the part number is.
I would like to establish the "correct" section, size and part number. Does anyone have a proper Ford part number?
I have some 7RA-8620-C autolite belts made in Australia. I am not sure if they are even the correct section. They sit high in the pulleys. Can anyone identify the correct section for these pulleys?

Default Fan Belt

Lynn, I normally just use B52 belts, and I am sure I have used the same size on LP carriers and Canadian carrier with the correct generator size pulleys, as per original, Cheers Andrew.

:
B should be 21/32" across the top.
I have used B52 on a British V8 in a Fordson WOT6

Out of interest. I have these belts which came with a load of carrier spares that I bought some years ago. I make them 58" around the outside perimeter. 8/10" wide across the top and about 7/16" to bottom of V. Ron

Hi Ron,
Going by the Catalogue number, G137 on your new belts, they were for a M7 Medium tank built by International Harvester.

regards, Richard

OK Richard, that may well be the case? I bought about 1/2 ton of carrier spares from the late Tony Oliver which came back from the Falklands after the filming of 'Evita'. Everything else was carrier related so I have no idea why these belts ended up with the stuff. Obviously I've never tried to fit them. .........Anyone need any belts for an M7?. Ron

Hi Ron,
Your belts are for the G137 series of US vehicle (M7 tank by International Harvester), but are also used on the G166 series Universal Carrier T16. Issued in pairs matched for length, P/N C124220.
