Default Help to id this bracket??

Just wondering if anyone could help identify what this is? It came with the blitz along with the other trailer full of parts,My thought's were maybe aux lever for the in out on the transfer, but not sure, it's a fairly heavy casting with a h/made handle

Not sure about the first one but the last pic shows the main casting for a winch handbrake.
