Default Bump stops

Should the bump stops bolt straight on to the bracket? I've got one that has a big wooden spacer between it at the chassis

Default Ford CMP bump stops

Hi Lar,

Assume you are referring to your F60, if so they go directly to the chassis with no wooden blocks.

They are held on by 5/16" carriage bolts. The head goes through a rectangular washer with a square hole in it. That holds the bump stop to the bracket with the nut and washer on the top side of the bracket.

Cheers,
