Wanted, Ford Blitz Radiator
I took my Ford Blitz radiator to the repair shop before Xmas to see what they could do. I picked it up today and it is full of tiny holes. It is like a fizzy drink in the pressure tank. There are hunderds of little holes in the tubes. They had to do a couple of repairs before they could even pressure test it. The top and bottom tanks are ok, but the core is cactus. There was a listing for a new Ford Blitz core in the NATRAD book, but the cost is well over $1k.
So, now I am looking for a Ford Blitz radiator that is ok. Somewhere in Australia, that is. Funnily enough, the radiator that is in my F15a at the moment is a Bren carrier one, and a good one at that. But it is going into my LP2a, when I get another radiator. thanks in advance ( I hope)

Radiator
Hi Eric - the Natrad price is correct. I had a new Natrad core fitted to my tanks off the ambo and that cost $1050 a couple of years ago.

There is a bloke in Melbourne that does vintage radiators and I thought he done ford blitz ones for around $600, not sure if I still have his phone number.
