Dave,

When you mention the similarity, the surgeon will probably challenge you to do the same, but next time do it with the engine running!

Motto, The reason why the surgeon gets paid so much compared to a mechanic, is that he does tune ups, repairs, and overhauls, (often through the exhaust !) without switching off the engine!

Default What's up Doc?

I always remember an engineering school class I attended as a young apprentice in the aviation industry. The instructor was an old grizzled power plant engineer and one of the observations he made was that, "The difference between you blokes and doctors is that a doctor's mistakes are quickly buried, in your case someone is going to come back and demand to know; Why?"
I am not in awe of the medical profession, after my triple bypass I thanked the surgeon for the nifty plumbing job and told him to send me the bill like I would any other tradesman. He was a real nice guy and took it with a grin as I intended.

I hear that to add to the joys of your hospital stay somebody stole your phone Rick. The scumbags can strike wherever you are. A curse that is never far away I'm sorry to say.
All the best for a speedy recovery.
