Default Ambulance

Can anyone please assist witha Census Number? This looks like a MCC to me.. A 37249 but I can't find it!

David,

This comes up as a MCC 30 cwt 6x4 GS truck, L37190 to 37265, Cont. No. V3120, looks like one or more of that batch were purpose built ambulances.

Then it must be a 30-cwt CD, and I am wondering whether they were originally built as ambulances and then rebodied in time for the '44 Chilwell list?
