Default Long shot......

When you look at the profile of these strips they are like miniatures of the strips used to hold the floor board in civilian pickups circa early 50s.......

Is it possible that such strips are commercially available from USA Hot Rod trucking suppliers.....?

The alternative is to run precut strips in a sheet metal forming wheel used to indent heavy ducts or to insert a wire reinforcement on the edge of fenders.....

Any experience world wide...??

Bob

There is a member of the OMVA who has reproduced these strips. I am embarassed that I can't remember his name at the moment.

They say that the memory is the second thing to go but I can't remember what the first thing is.
