Default Track guard hole placement U.C.

Hi Guys. I want to mark and drill the holes in my right hand track guard of A MkI (or MkI*U.C.) Specifically I want to drill the six holes that locate the storage bin beside the driver. There are two rows of three holes that locate the bin.
I am after two measurements.
The first is from the hull side (inside) to the center of the first row.
The second is from the drivers front plate, back to the center of the nearest two holes.
Please don't measure from the angle iron. I can cope with metric or imperial.
Thank you in advance for this.
