Default Dutch, Australian connection

Heard on the news that it's 4 hundred years since the Dutch landed on Australian soil and to commemorate this the Australian War Memorial are holding an exhibition of art work relating to the Dutch involvement in Australia. You can also visit the Awm web site to see more of these.

Found it - Allies in adversity

Thanks Max! This is especially interesting for my as one of my grandfathers brother's was in Australia for a while after the Netherlands East Indies fell. He was being trained as a Navy pilot. His training was finalised in the US, sadly he died in a Hellcat flying accident while training over Northern Ireland.
