Admins, Email through the forum

It appears there is a glitch in the email through the forum is happening, I was alerted by a member Can anyone look at it?

Thanks for the heads-up. We've tried to get it fixed, but we’ll have to wait till we’ve upgraded to a new software version (currently in progress).
